3. When used in hot melt adhesives, it can improve the fluidity and wettability of the adhesive, shorten the curing time, reduce the wire drawing, and improve the glossiness and flow ability; It can also be used as viscosity modifier.
4. The characteristics of heat resistance and abrasion resistance can be used for printing ink. The surface clarity of printing ink can improve the surface hardness of scratch resistance and abrasion resistance.
5. Moreover, it has the wettability with various pigments, especially in the configuration of high concentration masterbatch and pigments that are difficult to disperse, showing the excellent dispersion performance of the product.
6. As a processing aid, it can be used in the rubber and tire industry to improve the release capacity, viscosity and compatibility. It can act as a screen between the rubber surface and the air to prevent the atmospheric ozone from drying the rubber, thus maintaining the strength of the tire.
7. It can be used as lubricant and release agent to treat thermoplastic resin, so as to promote better extrusion and reduce molding cycle time.
