Product Overview
This product uses alcohol and acid with excellent lubricity for esterification reaction, and controls the esterification reaction process according to the characteristics of raw materials to generate two strong polar polymers with long carbon chains. At the same time, it has good internal and external lubrication, good compatibility with PVC, and can automatically adjust the lubrication balance. It is an efficient, environment-friendly, non-toxic processing aid.
Characteristics and purpose
1. Adapted to lead salt, organic tin, calcium and zinc systems, it provides good internal and external lubrication performance, has good dispersion, and has the characteristics of pre, mid and post slip, which improves the processing width of the formula, improves the production efficiency, and maintains the consistency between batches.
2. The lubricating system applied to the wood fiber composite of PVC and polyolefin can improve the product quality of wood plastic extrusion, improve the appearance, improve the physical properties, and reduce the water absorption.
3. It can be used as a dispersant for powder coatings, with good auxiliary leveling effect, to improve the leveling of powder coatings, improve surface performance, make coatings have better adhesion, improve impact resistance and scratch resistance.
4. As a lubricant for transparent sheets, it does not affect the transparency of transparent products.
