Product Overview

P530 is polycondensated from poly acid and poly alcohol. It has long carbon chain and strong plasticizing ability, so it is known as a long-term plasticizer. Processing aids with good compatibility with PVC, high efficiency, non-toxic, and no precipitation and migration.

Characteristics and purpose

1. It is tasteless, non-toxic, insoluble in water, oil resistant, good photo thermal stability, good electrical insulation, good compatibility and other characteristics, so it is known as a long-term plasticizer.

2. This product can be used in PVC hard products for extrusion and injection molding. It has good plasticizing performance and can provide melt fluidity. The surface of products is bright and transparent, and the Vicat temperature of hard products is not affected.

3. When applied to PVC semi hard products and soft products, as a radiation resistant low temperature plasticizer, it can reduce the precipitation and migration of liquid plasticizer, improve the weatherability of products, and improve the low-temperature brittleness of products.
